After studying physics at Telecom Physics Strasbourg in France and working for seven years in the private sector as a metrology and automation engineer, I decided to transfer my professional skills to research and did a PhD at EPFL, in Lausanne, Switzerland. My PhD focused on the role that wind energy in complex terrain could play in the Swiss energy transition and was completed in 2021. I am currently a postdoc at SLF in Davos and I am developing new methodologies to obtain high-resolution wind fields in complex terrain and to optimize the use of wind energy in the Swiss Alps.
